Mexican 'serial killer and cannibal', Andrés Mendoza, 72, arrested for 'murdering and dismembering 9 women including his girlfriend' (photos)

  Authorities in Mexico have arrested a suspected 'serial killer cannibal' after they discovered the remains of his 34-year-old missing girlfriend and at least eight other women at his home.   The Attorney General’s Office for the State of Mexico disclosed that the eight other women may have been murdered by Andrés Mendoza, 72, during a 20-year stretch. Imagen Television reported that Mendoza who videotaped the killings of his victims confessed to have eaten their body parts.   Police in the town of Atizapan were conducting a search for Reyna González, a mother of two girls, when they found her dismembered body inside Mendoza’s on Saturday, May 15.  The mother of two was reported missing last Friday after she went to Mendoza’s home at noon to tell him that she was going to end their relationship.    Mendoza did not agree with González’s ending their relationship and reportedly stabbed her inside his home. Firstly, what is leadership ? According to the term ‘Lead’, leadership is an activity whereby an individual or a person decided to lead a group of people or organization to carry out a task. Such people has to have vision, must be skillful and knowledgeable. Presidents, Ministers, Governors etc are examples of leadership.

    Motivation on the other hand is defined as Motivation definition is: A general desire, need or want that generates the energy required for someone to behave in a particular way. This means that there’s actually a motive behind the action, which is really an impulse that will trigger the motivational cognitive process which will lead an individual, or an animal for that matter, to act on that impulse.

        Leadership lessons in Motivation are:

● Create a strong culture. Southwest Airlines’ employees are committed to what they do and how they do it. The way people feel about themselves and their colleagues owes a great deal to the culture that Colleen Barrett has helped to foster.
