Mexican 'serial killer and cannibal', Andrés Mendoza, 72, arrested for 'murdering and dismembering 9 women including his girlfriend' (photos)

  Authorities in Mexico have arrested a suspected 'serial killer cannibal' after they discovered the remains of his 34-year-old missing girlfriend and at least eight other women at his home.   The Attorney General’s Office for the State of Mexico disclosed that the eight other women may have been murdered by Andrés Mendoza, 72, during a 20-year stretch. Imagen Television reported that Mendoza who videotaped the killings of his victims confessed to have eaten their body parts.   Police in the town of Atizapan were conducting a search for Reyna González, a mother of two girls, when they found her dismembered body inside Mendoza’s on Saturday, May 15.  The mother of two was reported missing last Friday after she went to Mendoza’s home at noon to tell him that she was going to end their relationship.    Mendoza did not agree with González’s ending their relationship and reportedly stabbed her inside his home. I feel so terrible when I hear or see about accidents about Students about to graduate or Nysc corpers having terrible accidents and dying. The rate at which such accidents has occurred this year is too much. May God protect us all.

A final year ,Information Management Technology student of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State, has died in a road traffic accident while driving with her boyfriend. According to reports, Uwakwe Jennifer, who was set to write her final exam, later this week, died after her boyfriend.


The accident involving a white Toyota Venza Car with registration number Lagos KSF 881FD driven by Emetor Ikenna God's power,26, of Ubomiri Amaubo in Mbaitolu LGA of Imo State. Emetor Ikenna Godspower’s car rammed into a truck, yesterday, along the Owerri-Onitsha road. The accident occurred when Emetor, while on speed, lost control and rammed into a stationary truck. Their corpses have been deposited at the Oraifite general hospital morgue for autopsy. Police patrol team attached to Ozubulu Division visited the scene and rushed the casualties to Oraifite general hospital where they were certified dead on arrival.


The Commissioner of Police CP Garba Baba Umar has enjoined members of the Public particularly road users to refrain from reckless driving and drive with caution especially during this period of ember months in order not to fall victims of road accidents.
