Mexican 'serial killer and cannibal', Andrés Mendoza, 72, arrested for 'murdering and dismembering 9 women including his girlfriend' (photos)

  Authorities in Mexico have arrested a suspected 'serial killer cannibal' after they discovered the remains of his 34-year-old missing girlfriend and at least eight other women at his home.   The Attorney General’s Office for the State of Mexico disclosed that the eight other women may have been murdered by Andrés Mendoza, 72, during a 20-year stretch. Imagen Television reported that Mendoza who videotaped the killings of his victims confessed to have eaten their body parts.   Police in the town of Atizapan were conducting a search for Reyna González, a mother of two girls, when they found her dismembered body inside Mendoza’s on Saturday, May 15.  The mother of two was reported missing last Friday after she went to Mendoza’s home at noon to tell him that she was going to end their relationship.    Mendoza did not agree with González’s ending their relationship and reportedly stabbed her inside his home. Footballer, David Luiz to leave Arsenal at the end of the season after agreement with the club

 



Experienced defender, David Luiz has agreed to leave Arsenal at the end of the season.



An amicable meeting between Luiz and the club's management took place on Friday, May 14, where it was decided that he would leave when his contract expires in July.



The 34-year-old Brazil international has been with the London club for the last two seasons, having signed from Chelsea in the summer of 2019.



At Chelsea he won the Premier League, the Champions League, two FA Cups and two Europa League titles. The 34-year-old Brazil international was also a title-winner in France with PSG.

  


He began his career with Vitoria in Brazil before joining Benfica after an initial loan spell.
