Mexican 'serial killer and cannibal', Andrés Mendoza, 72, arrested for 'murdering and dismembering 9 women including his girlfriend' (photos)

  Authorities in Mexico have arrested a suspected 'serial killer cannibal' after they discovered the remains of his 34-year-old missing girlfriend and at least eight other women at his home.   The Attorney General’s Office for the State of Mexico disclosed that the eight other women may have been murdered by Andrés Mendoza, 72, during a 20-year stretch. Imagen Television reported that Mendoza who videotaped the killings of his victims confessed to have eaten their body parts.   Police in the town of Atizapan were conducting a search for Reyna González, a mother of two girls, when they found her dismembered body inside Mendoza’s on Saturday, May 15.  The mother of two was reported missing last Friday after she went to Mendoza’s home at noon to tell him that she was going to end their relationship.    Mendoza did not agree with González’s ending their relationship and reportedly stabbed her inside his home. Iyabo Ojo sues Yomi Fabiyi for 'offensive and vexatious' statement; demands a public apology and 100 million Naira in damages

 







Iyabo Ojo's lawyers have written to Yomi Fabiyi to demand a "retraction of defamatory publication" he made against her.


 


Recall that Yomi Fabiyi had accused actress, Iyabo Ojo, and comedian, Princess, of promising to 'Kill Baba Ijesha" if he is released on bail after he was detained for allegedly sexually molesting Princess' foster daughter.



Iyabo's lawyers said Yomi's statement is "offensive and vexatious" and demanded a retraction, an apology, and payment of damages.


 


They added that Yomi's allegation has caused Iyabo Ojo, her family, and business associates "trauma and anxiety".


 


They also demanded that he desists from making further "additional or fresh defamatory publications" against Iyabo Ojo.


 


They asked that Yomi pays 100 million Naira as damages. See court papers below...
